Urza, Lord Protector

Urza the discount engine version with a incredibly strong Meld payoff of his Planeswalker form which can activate twice a turn. Lord Protector is reminiscent of many things, Baral, Chief of Compliance or Grand Arbiter Augustin IV as well as Nicol Bolas, Ravager. This Azorius discount control style with an artificer spin to it is front and center with this deck build. If you do manage to Meld it can be backbreaking for your opponents but not a guaranteed game ender so it’s good to continually amass advantage.
